আশে পাশে কত্ত বড় বড় নাম শুনি - Gates, Jobs, Zuckerberg, কত্ত বড় বড় কোম্পানী - Pepsi, Google, Sony, Microsoft! ভাইরে ভাই। তাদের নিয়া স্বপ্নের শেষ নাই। তাদের নিয়া মনের মইধ্যে একটা almost infallible God like জায়গা দিয়া ফালাইছি। এতে কি হইছে? কাউরে অই পজিশন এ বসাইয়া নিজেরেই ছোট ভাইবা বইসা আছি! ও বাবা Microsoft বানাইছে? তাইলে কঠিন জিনিষ! ওই স্যারে MIT / Princeton এ পড়ছে? তাইলে তো তার করা প্ল্যান foolproof! হাহাহা ভাইরে, খামাখা!

অনেকদিন ধইরা এই সব বড় বড় কোম্পানী/ ব্যক্তি নিয়া হালকা পড়াশুনা করলাম, বিভিন্ন লিস্টি খুঁজলাম। ভাইরে, Google, Facebook, Pepsi, Gates, Obama, Spielberg মানেই infallible না, কেউই ভুলের উর্দ্ধে না, কেউই absolute 100% genius / foolproof না! এইযে এত্ত বড় বড় মাথা, এত্ত এত্ত বিলিয়ন ডলার resource - এর পরেও at the end of the day - তারা আপনের আমার মতো মানুষই! চলেন হাল্কা ইট্টু দেইখা আসি এই বড় বড় কোম্পানি র Failure এর সামান্য দুই একটা!

★★★Donald Trump - Trump Steaks 2007 (এইটা কিন্তু আসলেই ছিলো!)

এইটার বাইরেও হাজারে হাজারে ভুল ইনারা করছে যা লিখতে গেলে বই লিখা লাগবে। Funny, crazy, stupid mistakes!

তার মানে কি বুঝলাম? সবাই, সবাই, এমনকি যাদের আমরা Best of the Best ভাবি, তারাও ভুল করে, ভুল করছে আর ভবিষ্যৎ এও ভুল করবে।

তাইলে কি? এর পর থিকা কোনদিনও কাউরে God Like ভাইবেন না! সবাই ই আপনে আর আমিই। খাইছে ওর সাথে ইন্টারভিউ দিমু? না না না!! বাপরে বাপ - Wharton MBA? উনি যা কয় তাইই ঠিক! BAT/ WB/ UN এ চাকরী করা C Level Executive? তাইলে তো বেদবাক্য!!

এইসব কইরা, দেইখা, শুইনা নিজেরে ছোট ভাবি, মনমরা হইয়া যাই, আশা হারায় ফেলি। ক্যানো?

Yes, big companies, big innovators are smart. They are intelligent, they work extremely hard. But all these never make them infallible. They are human too - with big dreams and aspirations and they learn from failures.

We can be them too. Just stop being afraid to try and fail.

The measure of a man is WITHIN man. Never ever judge yourself by the heights of Everest or the depths of the Pacific. Meaure yourself by YOUR ability to see the future and the grit of your endevor.

At the end of the day - You are one f*ckin' immeasurable, unquantifiable Human!
